Meringue

Last week while browsing You Tube videos, I discovered that one can make meringue using the water from tinned chickpeas.... So I gave it a try with some trepidation...... I was stunned to find that it works.   Here  is one of the small meringues. I left it to cool and it is light and crispy and very tasty. There is no hint of bean at all... I have seen a chocolate version on you tube so tomorrow I might make some of those.  This is crazy... how is it even possible?
