What will £1.09 buy you?

On Saturday while in York I went into Boyes and asked for 10cm of faux fur. I think they probably cut  more like 20cms but it cost £1.09 and was enough to make myself a nice warm headband and matching scarflette.  The scarflette is just big enough to keep my neck and chest warm.
